Well done to those who took part in the Birdwatching Competition on Saturday December 15th morning,
Barbara's Hawks did well spotting the deliberate mistake (Jay missing of the list),
The Phoenix team (Falcons) under newly appointed chairman James McCowan also excelled, seeing, amongst other birds, Snipe!.
But Alex's Eagles came first. They spotted all the picture cards!.
Birds seen by Derek (who could not take part due to organising the event) included Grey Wagtail and Bullfinch.
